White Sesame Seed
Sesame seed is one of the oldest oilseed crops known, domesticated well over 3,000 years ago. It has one of the highest oil contents of any seed. With a rich, nutty flavour, it is a common ingredient in cuisines across the world. Today, Sesame seeds are widely cultivated in many tropical, subtropical, and temperate climates throughout the world, with India, China, and Mexico being the largest producers of the seeds.
Black Sesame Seed
Black sesame seeds are small, flat, oily seeds that grow in the fruit pods of the plant. They are an especially rich source of macrominerals and trace minerals. Your body requires trace minerals only in small amounts, while macrominerals are required in larger quantities. In addition to containing more nutrients, black sesame seeds have a stronger flavor and more crunch than white sesame seeds that have had their outer hull removed.
Adzuki Bean
The red bean (also known as adzuki bean) is an annual vine widely cultivated throughout East Asia for its small bean. The adzuki bean is commonly sweetened before eating. In a 100-gram reference amount, cooked beans provide 128 calories, a moderate to the high content of the daily value of the Vitamin B and several dietary minerals.

Mung Bean
The mung bean is mainly cultivated in East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. Mung beans are germinated by leaving them in water for four hours of daytime light and spending the rest of the day in the dark. Bean sprouts are widely used as the major ingredient in many Asian cuisines.
Soybean
The soybean is economically the most important bean in the world, providing vegetable protein for millions of people and ingredients for hundreds of chemical products. The soybean is one of the richest and cheapest sources of protein and is a staple in the diets of people and animals in numerous parts of the world.
Kidney Bean
Kidney beans are a variety of the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). Kidney beans are mainly composed of carbs and fiber but also serve as a good source of protein. Kidney beans are an excellent choice for people with type 2 diabetes and others who want to stabilize their blood sugar levels. They may also promote colon health and reduce your risk of colon cancer.
